Newfound RV Park is located next to pristine Newfound Lake. A short distance (6 miles) around the lake you will find Wellington State Park – perfect for swimming, fishing and picnicking. 7 miles away is Profile Falls – a hidden gem that’s great for hiking and picnicking.

Sugarloaf Mountains

Get a panoramic view of Newfound Lake from the Sugarloaves. They’re a relatively easy hike a short distance from the RV park. The entrance to the trailhead is just past the entrance to Wellington State Park on the opposite side of the road.

Hands down the most popular and well known beach in the Lakes Region, Weirs Beach lies in the northern corner of Laconia on Lake Winnipesaukee.  It’s not just a beach but a focal point of activities, recreation, and where many attractions are located.

Mount Washington State Park, a 60.3-acre parcel perched on the summit of the Northeast’s highest peak, is surrounded by the extensive 750,000-acre White Mountain National Forest. On a clear day, views from the 6,288-foot summit extend beyond New Hampshire as far as 130 miles.

Lake Winnipesaukee

Lake Winnipesaukee’s 72 square miles make up the centerpiece of the Lake Regions’ natural beauty.  Lake and mountain views set the backdrop for relaxing days spent strolling around charming lakeside villages, sightseeing, boating and swimming.

Passengers will experience a sense of adventure and history on the Mount Washington Cog Railway’s 3-hour guided train tour to the highest peak in the Northeast. At the 6,288 foot summit, visitors can take in the spectacular panoramic view.

Mount Cardigan

Mount Cardigan is a mountain located in Cardigan Mountain State Forest in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire in the town of Orange. Although the elevation is only 3,155 feet, it gives hikers a feeling they are much higher due to the huge areas of bare granite rock with some alpine growth.

New Hampshire Motor Speedway is a 1.058-mile oval speedway located in Loudon, New Hampshire, which has hosted NASCAR racing annually since the early 1990s, as well as the longest-running motorcycle race in North America, the Loudon Classic.
