Park Rules and Policies
Arrivals and Departures
Check in time is 1pm. Check-out time is 11am. If your site is not booked for another guest, you may be able to check in early, or check out late for a $10 fee. You can choose early arrival when booking your site online.
Check-in hours are between 1pm-8pm. Only those who paid for early check-in may arrive between 12-1pm. (Late arrivals must have pre-payed online. We will have a packet for you at our outside check-in station.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. (seasonals must be paid in full by April 15)
Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds.
We cannot guarantee the same site if you choose to extend. Check with management for a possible extension.
There is a maximum of (6) total persons per site. Our rates are based on 2 adults and 3 children under 18. Additional children under 3 are free. See current rates for additional per-person charges.
Parking and Vehicles
Depending on size of your RV, only 1 vehicle may fit on your site. Extra parking for cars, boats and trailers may be available for an additional charge. If you have a long RV, and are pulling a large car trailer with a full sized car, you may not fit. Please contact us in advance to ensure we can fit you.
Parking permits are issued at check-in (all vehicles must have permits visibly displayed at ALL times). All your guests must pay to visit, be registered and have parking permits. Keep in mind, up to 2 vehicles can fit on a site and we have very limited guest parking.
All vehicles, including RV, must have current registration, inspection and license plates.
All campers and vehicles must be in a departure ready operational condition.
No type of mechanical repair, whether to vehicle or RV, is allowed without prior approval of PARK.
All vehicles must fit on your site. No part of the vehicle can be on the grass. Parking is allowed in designated parking areas only. Parking in vacant RV sites or on road will result in the vehicle being towed at owner’s expense.
General Rules
Speed limit is 5mph. One warning will be given for speeding, next offense you will be required to park your vehicle at the office and walk to your site.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm –8:00 am. Please be considerate of your neighbors and other park guests.
If there is room on your site, you may erect a tent for the kids to sleep overnight. Please, no tents on the grass for more than 1 day, it kills it. Also no carpets on the grass! They kill it. Place your carpet on gravel only.
We are on a septic system. Please do not flush paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, needles, food, grease, or anything other than RV safe toilet paper.
We are on a well and leech field system.. Please do not wash campers or vehicles, or waste water at any time. Please report any leaks you see to the office.
Only normal camping trash may be placed in dumpsters. No carpets, broken chairs, furniture, appliances, etc. Large items cannot be placed in dumpster, please take them with you when you leave. Please break down your boxes. Please throw your trash bags to back of dumpster first.
Our Wifi is complimentary and is not part of your site fee. During peak usage times data speeds may be slower. Even the best wifi can't handle everyone streaming movies. Be considerate.
There is a picnic table on your site. Do not take picnic tables from unoccupied sites. If you are camping with friends and want to move their table to your site, please put it back when you leave.
Personal letter mail may not be sent to the campground. Important packages can, but must be addressed to Newfound RV Park, C/O your registered name and site number.
Tent Sites
Maximum 2 tents per site. Site fee includes 2 adults and 3 children. Children under 3 free.
Animals must be in tent when you are off your site. Animals must be taken with you if you leave the campground.
1 vehicle is allowed per site. Extra fees apply for additional cars, trailers, boats, etc.
The water spigot for tent sites is located on side of pump house next to tenting area.
Dishes may be washed inside Clubhouse. Please tidy the area when finished.
Animal Rules
Maximum of 2 animals per site. Rabies vaccine paperwork required at check-in (Service animals excepted)
Sorry, the following breed animals are not allowed by our insurance company, Pit Bulls and Pitbull mixes, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Chows, and wolf-mixes.
If your animal exhibits aggressive behavior you will be asked to remove your pet.
Animals must always be on a leash with a responsible owner when outdoors and off your site.
Animals cannot be tied outside and left unattended.
Portable animal pens are not allowed on the grass.
Guests must pick up after their animals. Please place waste bags in the dumpster or at a Pet Station. You may also walk your animals along our nature trail but you still have to bag up their waste. Please do not let your animals pee on the grass at your site.
Animals are not allowed in the office, shower room, laundry room, Rec hall, playground or Community Rec area near office. Also, please do not walk your pet to grassy areas to pee.
You may leave your animal in the RV if you leave the park for a day trip. But please leave your mobile number at office in case your animals are causing excessive barking or in case of power outage.
Camper and Site
We reserve the right to refuse service to any camper based on its appearance and/or condition. If yours is 10yrs old or older please send us pics before booking online.
Only one RV is allowed per campsite. (Large group bookings are only exception) One small children’s tent is allowed on your site but if it's on grass it must be taken down during daytime.
No part of a camper, parked car, or your belongings shall extend into your neighbor’s sites.
Steps should be the right size for your rig, and not hand-made. Decking is not allowed.
Although we have steady pressure, Pressure Regulators are recommended for your water connection. Please don't take the backflow preventers on our faucets, they are not pressure regulators.
It is NH State mandate that your sewer and/or gray water hose be kept in an
accordion and have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping. Tank is to be kept closed, unless dumping.
Fires are allowed in fire rings only. Do not move fire rings without asking us first. Do not throw cigarettes, bottle caps or beer cans in the fire pit. They do not burn. Please extinguish fires before heading to bed for the night. You're welcome to bring your own firewood but it must be approved by the State of NH, which means no out of state wood unless it's kiln dried processed and documented. Please bring receipt in case of State inspection to avoid fines. NH has these restrictions to prevent bug destruction of local wood species. We do sell local authorized wood for your convenience.
Outdoor carpets and satellite dishes shall be kept on your pad or gravel, not on the grass.
We do not pick up trash. Campers are responsible to dump their trash in our dumpster.
Visitors
1. You may host visitors for the day. For legal and insurance reasons, each visitor must register at office, pay the visitor fee, and obtain a visitor car pass. They must park their vehicle on your site, and must be in your company. Note: if you bring an extra car, there may be no where they can park. The Country Store 1/2mi away has parking but you must check in with them. A visitor is not allowed to stay overnight unless the guest overnight fee is payed. We will eject campers who sneak in overnighters with no refund. Strictly enforced.
Clubhouse/Rec Center
1. Smoking is not permitted in the Clubhouse/Rec center. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or older child.
Bathroom/Laundry
1. The bathrooms and shower rooms are open 24 hrs a day. Please leave facilities clean when you leave. Please only flush RV toilet paper down the toilets. Please notify office if there is any problem. Laundry soap and quarters for them and showers are available in the store.
